Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2025
1. Acceptance of terms
By using SaudiVisaPhoto.com (the 'Service'), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
SaudiVisaPhoto.com is a free, browser-based tool that resizes passport photographs and passport scans to the dimensions required for Saudi e-Visa applications. The Service is provided 'as is' for personal, non-commercial use.
3. No warranty
While we make every effort to keep the photo specifications accurate, we cannot guarantee that processed images will be accepted by the Saudi e-Visa system or any other authority. Requirements may change without notice. Always verify requirements on the official Saudi e-Visa portal before submitting your application. We accept no liability for rejected visa applications.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to process images of third parties without their consent, or in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure. We reserve the right to block access to users who abuse the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, code, and content are owned by SaudiVisaPhoto.com. You retain ownership of any images you upload. By using the email feature, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to transmit your images for the sole purpose of delivering them to your email address.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaudiVisaPhoto.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to visa rejection, loss of data, or service interruption.
7. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as the official Saudi e-Visa portal). We have no control over these sites and accept no responsibility for their content.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date shown above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
